The rooms were extremely spacious, neat, and had TV with satellite channels and a seating area. All members of the staff was cooperative and friendly. The location was marvellous, for example, Wax Planet was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The room was not cleaned throughout our 6-day stay, making it uncomfortable. , the lack of room service and transparent windows with poor curtains made for an unpleasant experience.

The staff at Aakash Rooms And Cottages went above and beyond to accommodate us. They allowed us to check in early and even provided a room for us to freshen up after check-out. The location of the cottage was also great, just 1.5 km from the main Charring circle. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and we had access to a large screen TV with Netflix and Prime. Despite the chef being on leave during our stay, the staff made sure tea and coffee were available at any time. They also helped us book a cab for sightseeing, which was pricey but convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

the location was ideal, with popular tourist destinations within 2km radius. the staff was helpful and courteous and provided excellent service, offering early check, in and post, check, out facilities. the room and bathroom were clean and provided value for money. Facilities such as 24/7 water supply, fire stick TV, and hot water showers were a bonus. the food was delicious, especially the crispy vada.

The lack of responsiveness by the hotel staff during the reservation process left us disappointed.

Additionally, I had no issues with parking and enjoyed my stay without any disturbance from noisy neighbors.
